So, we've all read manga where there's just this one character (or more) that we just hate. Obviously not everyone feels the same way towards this guy/girl, but for one reason or other you just hate him/her. When that happens, what's the best and most satisfying time when s/he has ever gotten what they deserve?

I searched the forums and didn't see anything like this, unless I missed it. Anyways, I'd love to know what the manga (or anime) and situation were, and why it was so great when some idiot got theirs. 🙂

The Best 'Take That' moment for me is the deaths of cruel villians that have killed a lot of people...and that they deserve to die for what they have done.

There's a lot of these moments in Hokuto no ken, Red Eyes,Berserk, Vinland Saga, Akira and Mother Sarah

The death of the Snake King in Basara is one of my favourites.

well nothing came to mind about a non-villain annoying character who had it coming
in the villain type the most recent was general Borcus in Break Blade when Ligato crushed him with golem giant sword

The characters I hate never get what they deserve, except for in the ending of the Revolutionary Girl Utena anime series. Best take that ever!

Hmm... Mangas: Alive - The Final Evolution... that's all I can think of...

Animes: TTGL, Baccano!

Can't think of anymore... ._.

lots of that moments in One Piece (i think every 2-page-scene in which Luffy or one of his crew members hit someone is a "Take That" moment)

also, Gantz, in which everyone, including those you love or hate, all end up dying horrible deaths (best are when the monk got ground, when Kei kills the gigantic Buddha statue and when the trio of the Osaka Team are cut in half by the oni samurai duo)

Why are you guys just naming manga titles without naming which specific scene? It is best "take that" moment after all...so far only jasperv got it right. 🙄

My best"Take That" moment is from Naruto when Sasuke absorbs Orichimaru and then he thinks he's gonna live again and Itachi totally slays him. BEST MOMENT EVER FOR ME!

Oh another one is how Kazu is kicking nike's a** right now in Air Gear

oh you made me remember the authors other manga called Metro Survive
where the most insane Gang leaders who had done the most hideous crimes ever (read the manga to find out i won't spoil it) get what they deserve after you lose faith in divine retribution .........

I'm reading through Fullmetal Alchemist as I watch the new series, and there are many of these moments. One that immediately comes to mind is Major General Armstrong and General Raven.

I was w8ing this take that moment in wolf guy. Cant w8 to see ingumi kick that hoguro ass XD!!
