Heyyy, Im looking for any bl that deals with mental illnesses. Something like An Uncomfortable truth (not really bl but deals with something of a brother complex, sort of bl-ish tho) , Save Me (also not bl but it really make it seem like it is) and Killing stalking (this ones full-on yaoi) . Also please recommend some BL fluff that doesnt have much drama like All about lust etc. Thanks for reading ^^ 😛

Well, for thriller shounen-ai, Moritat gets my highest recommendation.

This is a really uncommon theme in BL, so the only other one I can think of is Stanley Hawk no Jikenbo - Kamen. I don't recommend it at all, but maybe you'll like it.

Edit: On that note, many of the series by Motoni Modoru and Ogawa Chise tend to have strong themes of psychological instability, for better or for worse.

These two mangas pretty psychological.
