Pharmaceutical companies kill ppl with too high medicines prices, long-term patents...well, they're guilty of many other wrong actions, like bribing scientists, exploiting the natural resources of the 3rd world countries ( green piracy), etc.

Which one? I can see that as a possibility of happening, but I really doubt it. Also, what choice do people have, although the Pharmaceutical companies don't hold a trust, it's really unviable for a new starting company to dive into pharmaceutical research. It also does cost the pharmaceuticals a lot of money for research and whatnot to find develop these drugs, also costs a lot for clinical trial as well as getting FDA approval. So without the high medicine prices, companies like Wyeth, Glaxo Smith-Kline, Seimens, J&J and whatnot won't be able to stay in business. If you want to blame being unable to afford medicine, blame the government and shitty healthcare.

Mc Donalds is more evil than Google, Multinational companies are probably the most evil ones.

High pharmaceutical prices are more due to R&D cost than government regulation. And the high overhead. Phizer, Eli Lily, and the like make tremendous profits every year. IMO much of the medicine that they make is superfllous.

Healthcare costs are directly related to the amount of money that caregivers have to pay for insurance (so that when they get sued, they still have a life).

And don't blame the government itself, but the officials, especially for health care, and other things that are held in the private sector.
