And I also hate Google, though I use it from time to time (I'm suuch a hypocrite -__-''). If a site isn't listed/isn't allowed on Google, most of its traffic would only come from word of mouth...because people still using the Yahoo engine, or the altervista one (that seems to me more or less dead, haven't used it since 2003) are a very rare breed of people 😛 .

So they're both evil. But it'd be funny hearing that Google gave someone a dhiareea. And even the McDonalds site is listed on Google. Which proves Google 0wnz McDonalds 😃

Google is the best I wouldnt mind if it took over the net, its a great search engine, but McDonalds is far more evil, with its plan to corrupt the earth with unhealthy food and its mass production of fat people that are addicted to it

I've only seen the American McDonalds on the documentary. But judging from its hype and the reactions of people, it seems to have a bad rep. Personally thought, the McDonalds here in the Philippines isn't like that at all. We don't have Super-size (Wendy's is the only one that has it here, and people seldom go for it) and we always have rice with almost every sort of meals (something culturally dictated).

Personally I find the "Just-Google-It" mentality of people worse. It's a lazy attitude, a poor excuse not to go to the library and read. But Google doesn't make lazy people. People make themselves lazy people, or something to that effect.

But if I have to make a choice, I choose American McDonalds.

Maccy D's is the most evil choice.

Maccies. Anyone who used to work with Red haired clowns cannot be trusted. Anyone who makes goddamn awful songs for their adverts...i'm loving it, cannot be trusted and must therefore be evil. However i do miss simplicity of google just being a search engine page...the good ol days.

Macdonald's is evil. After two weeks of lectures on Macdonaldisation I vowed to myself to never go there again. Never. Ugh, I shudder just thinking about it.

Google is just annoying, not evil.

I answered both.

1. I don't really eat at McDonald's if ever.
2. I have never had any weight issues.
3. I don't click Google ads.
4. I am not stupid enough to cause damage with those two.
5. I don't really care if it has got nothing to do with me.

Mcdonald's is more evil to me as they can kill your body little by little, one fry at a time... and google is fast and efficient and it's 'slowly taking the world'. That doesn't sound to bad, but when you think of privacy issues and what they do or allow 'big brother' to do with our information.. is scary.

Mcdonald's will kill your body, Google may help kill your liberty, hence kill your soul.

Hmmm, I don't follow internet/computer politics all that well (unless the FCC is involved), so I can't say that Google bothers me all that much. There search pages are clean and easy to navigate, so that's a plus in their favor. But they are becoming very monopoly-like, which is a little disconcerting.

McDonald's is gross and is everywhere, and I hate the image that they try to put out that they are healthy. I also hate the empty husks of closed-down fastfood places about as much as I hate the uniform look of fastfood resturants. On the other hand, they do provide stable, decently-paying jobs for a lot of people who might have a hard time finding work. And they don't shove their food down your throat; it's the consumer's fault if they eat too much fast food, nobody is making you eat or buy it.

So its kind of a toss up. Oh my. 😢

Do you know what? Baidu and Yahoo China and Google China ftw! Now where is that Tiananmen Square Massacre.... wait? I can't find it does it mean it never happened 😕 And where's Taiwan..... Wait a second the Chinese Taipei doesnt exist!
