By far the best game I have ever play this year (along with No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle, but that's another story).
Great gameplay, good storyline and better characters. That and it has outdone its predecessor in more than one way.
Looking forward to Mass Effect 3 when it comes out next year! 😀

No you can't kill Udina, but you can have him serve under Anderson which pisses him off so much.

... So, a friend told me you can only do a single mission after you get Legion... but that can't be right because I have done 2 so far and I have not reached end game... then again I haven't recruited Samara YET, so that could be the reason.
and this made me think, WHAT IF: You recruit Legion THEN rescue Tali... with LEGION on the team!!!
SHIT this is so annoying... is like you discover a new way to beat the game every 3 seconds...

You can only do two (dependent on if you still have unfinished missions/assignments) missions after getting Legion
IF you want to save your complete crew (Note: Crew not squad). If you decide to pursue more missions, you're crew die because you weren't fast enough saving them.
You'll know why after accessing the galaxy map after finishing 2 missions.

This game was epic, though I still liked Dragon Age better >_>. I thought Mass Effect 2 had a really dumbed down skill system, after I maxed out each characters "class" skill I would just auto level because I didn't care about the other stuff. Also lack of a health bar bothered me. Other than those 2 minor things the game was pretty much perfect

Just finished my 3 playthrought in Insanity... and the game is quite addictive... PS: I haven't gotten ME1 yet 😛
A few things I discovered.
If you take Legion to Tali's mission (to recruit her Not the loyalty mission) several funny dialogs happen and you are awarded a Geth Assault Rifle, with is SUPER effective vs Shields and Biotic Barriers, yet is weaker than normal rifles vs Armor... also the rate of fire is not constant, sometimes fires A LOT and sometimes NOT as much :p
The easiest and probably only way of getting all 20 boxes in the hidden cache mission is with the Nuke Launcher... and you know what I mean :)
And again, remember all those times you help a Quarian? (Citadel, Illidum, Omega) well try to take Legion with you and check what happens.
And last, but not the least, Asari BRAIN control all other species to make them believe they are attractive :P

Well Overlord came out yesterday and I just finished playing the first mission this morning. If the rest of the DLC is like this than Overlord is worth the $.
Bring Legion along for a lil extra dialogue at the end.

Mass Effect 2 was the best game I played recently, other than Dragon Age Origins. completed the game around 7 times now also replayed mass effect a couple of times. \m/ Bioware \m/
waiting for lair of the shadow broker to come out haven't played the overlord or hammerhead dlcs cause the vehicle they give u is crap compared to the mako in me1.

best game of the year imo. very addictive played 5 times. i've like all the dlcs so far and can't complain about the prices.
