I'm not fit 😐 Not overwieght, but not fit. My mom forces me to take some natural organic diet pills and some vegetable mixture juice for me to grow taller (it won't happen). Other than that I hardly exercise unless I have to walk the dog

i am not fit. period. well, im not like overwight but i cant run a mile 🤣 no stamina at all anymore 😔 but i did break my wrist some months ago and haven't ben allowed to work out until recently... at least i have a decent excuse 🤣 but i try to eat healthy, but sometimes i relapse and eat not-so-good-for-you food 😔

Since I didn't answer the thread question-
I call someone up and vent out my anger, only to notice about an hour later that they have hung up on me. It's actually great therapy, just never call up a boyfriend/girlfriend. Did it once resulted in a break-up

T stay fit I run, work out, and take my martial art classes.

To not go nuts I go into a fit of rage witch usually has someone dead. After that I'm good for a couple months or so... Wait.

staying fit doesnt = skinny...
and for me, i fence and do some martial arts to stay fit... but to keep myself from going crazy liek the title MISLEAD me to believe, i do a sort of meditation and just think or try to clear my mind by trying not to think...

Lol 😛 when the pressure of life makes me want to kill people, I sit under the shower and meditate for hours like a monk in a waterfall... I try to avoid doing that thought since a lot of water is wasted in that way.

Also to see how others suffer makes my burdens easier to carry... dunno if that is just me though.

I do sports, cross country, basketball, and track & field... very fun. Before my meet for track sometimes i read parts of suzuka lol

Fastest mile time so far: 5 mins 10

So we all went nuts already.

I don't do anything for either.
My mental state is already unstable, and lifting stuff won't help me.

I also can't be 100% fit yet, since my body is screwed up.
