When does it show him at 14? Against Raditz, he's like, 3. Against the Saiyans, he's barely 4 going on 5. A month later they're on the way to Namek. 1 year later, Goku comes back he's like 6 or 7, at which point Trunks tell them about the Androids. Fast forward 3 years, he's at most 10. Plus the year in the hyperbolic time chamber, and he's 11 when he fights cell. Next time you see him is 7 years later.

The best two Gohans are the Gohan in Bojack Unbound and Mystic Gohan. The Gohan in Broly: The Second Coming is pretty cool, too.

The problem I have with Gohan is that he goes soft really fast. No fighting edge. Maybe because his dad was never around 😮

and the fact that even when his dad was around he was never a good father ex: when goku fought cell half way through the match he quits, gives cell a sensu bean, then has cell fight his 11 year old son....

oh and i remember that when gohan was little he didn't want to fight at all so goko kicked him in the face and told him he had to.

I'd go with kid gohan, during the Saiyan saga.
Mainly because he was a copy of kid goku forced into 3x worse situations.

Easily ultimate. As it were, the Buu saga should've ended with Gohan absolutely handling Buu. There's no reason Buu should've been able to absorb him. If not for it being forced into the plot. Realistically, he never should have let that happen.

At any rate, strongest non-fused character ever ftw.

my fave is gohan going SS2 for the first time against cell. I liked ultimate gohan too but he still got beat which sucked....he was supposed to be the strongest at one point....but it goes downhill real fast.

imo his character was ruined when he turned into great saiyaman...when I first saw that, I was pissed and like "wtf" lol.

I loved Great Saiyaman, because it shows that despite all of his training with Goku and Piccolo, and becoming a badass warrior and defeating Cell, he still cannot deny what he really is: a dork.

Looked the coolest and personality was badass imo

i would just like to point out that gohan did not actually defeat Cell
Goku sort of did
also it is understood that goku could have done it himself
he just wanted gohan to do it
so that he could pick up his mantel

favorite gohan is probably the first time you see him as the cute little boy with the dragon ball hat
