Looking for any kind of manga (excluding yaoi, yuri, etc) that has a homeless lead, if possible I'd like it to be somewhat similar to Rodiura Kurashi

Hinamatsuri

Its not totally about homeless people but you'll find some homeless character and how they deal with it over time.

I think most of the homeless leads I know of don't fit the style you'd prefer, but...

Tekkonkinkreet - I highly recommend this series in general.
Disappearance Diary - An autobiographical work, but still a fairly upbeat depiction of homeless living.
Shikou Shounen - Different chapters focus on different characters, some of whom are/become homeless. This series is pretty dark.
Ryuguden - It's not entirely clear where the protagonists live, but it gives off the impression that they live under a bridge. Doesn't really play much of a role in the story.
Paperakyu - This will never be fully translated into English.

You might enjoy the 3rd story of Kuuki no Soko ("Voice of the Night").

Lastly, the two protagonists in The World Is Mine are sort of homeless once they go on the run,

though they have no qualms about invading and taking over the homes of others. It also turns out that one of them has basically been homeless his entire life, barring a few brief spans of living with others.

If none of these strike your fancy, you could always try the homeless tag.
