Ok so I have few requirements for what you should suggest to me.

NO LOSS OF LOVE OR BREAKUP ONLY SOME KIND OF DEATH
NO ONESHOTS
I WOULD PREFER IF THERE WAS NO ROMANCE
IT CAN BE ANY DEMOGRAPHIC OR GENRE OTHER THAN ROMANCE
IT CAN HAVE ANY SETTING HISTORICAL OR ANY OTHER KIND IS FINE
NOTHING SHORT MORE THAN 10 CHAPTERS PLEASE

Examples of Tragedy manga I have read

Chouka Kou
Saiyuki Gaiden
World Embryo
Donten ni Warau
God Child
No. 6
😀

Hito Hitori Futari is a pretty nice one. Complete too.

Kasane (MATSUURA Daruma) might work. More horror than tragedy though. I still need to get around to continuing it, so I can't guarantee the quality past the first several chapters.

Zankoku na Kami ga Shihaisuru - the summary says it has romance in it, but I made it several volumes through and there was barely much at all. There might be some at the end though, I never finished it since I'm not good with the tragedy genre.

Kimi ni Shika Kikoenai is a little too short but meets every condition you have otherwise. It's very good & poignant if you can't find anything else to fit your criteria.

Satougashi no Dangan wa Uchinukenai is a very touching (and somewhat upsetting) coming of age about two friends; no romance + it meets your length requirement.

Hana to Uso to Makoto is also pretty good, from what I've read so far, but I haven't finished it yet, so take my words with a grain of salt (I've really enjoyed it so far, though).

Banana Fish is my tragic manga par excellence. The art is kinda dated but it fits all your requirements.
Also, you may like Pandora Hearts. Tragedy is everywhere in that manga, but give it a little time since it can look a little meh at the first two-three volumes.

Pluto
Saikyou Densetsu Kurosawa, provided you ignore the terrible sequel.
Oniisama e... -- Ignore the romance tag in this one; it doesn't have much bearing on the plot.
Skyhigh and its sequels.
The whole Deep Love series, starting with Deep Love - Ayu no Monogatari

Hanged Doll and Superior Day......though yeah, another recommendation on Satougashi no Dangan wa Uchinukenai. Yup, very tragic 😀

Dokuhime, though it had flaws, I liked it
Tamashii no Futago 14 chapters but oh so worth it!
if you decide to read ayu no monogatari (and like it) and want to sort of just, you know, rub salt in the wound, read Deep Love - Real (it's the seinen version of deep love - host, and a lot better)
Maou: Juvenile Remix seems good, but I've only read the first few volumes so I'm not 100% sure

can't think of more right now, since when it comes to tragedy, I prefer it when it's short but packs a punch

oh yeah, if what you want from tragedy is that "feeling depressed af" feeling, I'd suggest
Tokyo Ghoul
Oyasumi Punpun
