Still, lots of thing happen in human mind, EVERYONE has their own deep, dark, dirty secrets that they better seal them in their mind forever. Frankly, I think this ability just ultimately bring tragedy & disappointment (especially to people that i know / love...)

Heaven and kakashi are right, time control is the best, since if you are good enough at it you would be immortal as well.
As for me I would be happy with slapping the old me in the face and giving a script of what to do and what not to mess...
