I used my friend's system for coming up with usernames. Pick an adjective and noun, combine it, and that's it.

I wanted something which was similar to Static( Static is an DC comics superhero)....which gave me Strix (After many days I came to know that the word strix exists and is used for owls) and also Flash was one of my favourite character( A member of Justice League).....
And hence I used StrixFlash.

I used to have an obsession with mooses, and I thought Das Mussen sounded cool. After that it just stuck.
It was only years later that I found out it meant something in German. (Which I am in my third year of learning now.)

Das = the
Mussen = must (in the infinitive form)
It was kind of dissapointing when translated to be honest...

i use the same username for everything i do, i came up with it when i was around 13 and i was making a user in a halo game my brother was trying to teach me how to play. soja is swedish for soy i had just had food with soy sauce in and i had a t-shirt on that had the number 75 on the front on when i was thinking it up.

Its weid how alway my nicks are corruption of character names
my old nick that used in other forums and irc was a corruption of sasuke name in Naruto (not that i read Naruto or anything now)

I've gone through a number of usernames since I discovered the internet, so this one I've only been using for 2 years. It started when I took linguistics class in uni and I loved it. So while I was reading up, I thought some of the words would look great as a username, so I chose the one that sounded the least scientific 🤣

needed a name for Dark Throne like 5 years ago.. My original username (whatever it was) was taken and thus I didn't know what to do! I saw a dragon.. I was like, dragons are cool.. Saw a lance, lances are cool.. PUT IT TOGETHER AND ITS DRAGONANDLANCE! yeehaw (I also use DNA as a short version because DragonaNdlAnce 😀 )

Lol mine is simply because I like Rukia from Bleach... 168 comes from my birthday, 16 August. I have never paid much attention to usernames anyway 😀
