Can somebody scan and translate Akame ga KILL! that manga is really awesome. It is scanlating by another group but almost one year they never make it.

and please translate "Aoi" Hikaru ga Chikyuu ni Itakoro. It's new manga series based from light novel with the same title from creator of Bungaku Shoujo. 😃

I'd recommend finishing the projects dropped by the groups in charge. It's the worst that can happen to a series (and its fans) - to suddenly halt in the middle with no resolution. There are some interesting ones, for example Shinigami-sama ni Saigo no Onegai o or Gamble Fish. Both those titles (finished in Japan) have some interesting plot-twists with their protagonists being cunning and smart enough to get what they want. Yeah, I'd be glad if you gave it a read and decide.

I would like to have Shikabane Hime, Kono S o, Mi yo! and Enchanter continued.

u guys know that even if he translates a series it still has to be scanlated?

I have to second this. It's really awesome and I was kinda sad to see only 2 chapters translated when there are 4 volumes.

to first u need somebody who wants/is able to lead the group, you need a tl or scripts, if we talk about the minimal requirements one only has to add a cleaner and a typesetter

to second how to translate? one needs the raws and should be able to speak the language they are translating from, there are different formations used for scripts so there is no perfect way for different scripts i would redirect you to mangahelpers

I don't know how difficult is to find raws, but... would be nice to read Kyojin no Hoshi.

Or Hotman, there are 15 vols e only 12 have scans... i want to read it, but doesn't sounds like it will be complete

Again... get any manga thats unfinished and small so u guys 😀 get the chance to end it.(not those unfinished by the mangaka of course)

Do you want to apply as editor even if we don't pick it up? If I don't pick it up doesn't mean that other translators won't pick it up, so join and ask other people.
By the way, I'm a girl!!! So it's a "she" and not a "he."
And regrading the scanlation process, there must be an admin who can lead the group. To start it off in terms of the work, it's :

1. Raw provider: A person who finds the raw either online or scanlate it herself/himself.
2. A Translator: Someone who is fluent in the language of the original raw, usually Japanese, Korean, or Chinese.
3. Proofreader: A person who checks the grammar of the translator and make sure that they didn't misspell any words and fix confusing phrases.A translator doesn't necessary need to have a good grasp of English since the requirements for a translator is to be fluent in the language they are translating and a basic English level;not much people are extremely fluent in two languages.
4. Cleaner/Editor/Typesetter: People who clean the original raws so that the quality is HQ. They mainly work with Photoshop, all three of these jobs are usually done by one person, because it you can clean, then you can edit or typeset and vice versa.
5. Quality Checking (Qcer): A person who makes the final check on the chapter for quality and make sure everything is correctly done.
   That's why groups take so long to release one chapter 🙂
