So if I'm understanding the article correctly, the creator says it's not a cat because it's never on all fours and doesn't act like a cat. Also, because he/she said so (my way of putting it), which is fine but it's pretty weird that their is no further explanation. Like he/she doesn't mention if she's wearing a costume.
