"Stars must die so that I can live." -Science Saved My Soul
(It's pretty lengthy, but after watching it, I learned to appreciate the beauty of science more)
All elements heavier than hydrogen and helium were created inside stars. From the iron in your blood to the calcium in your bones, these elements were created in the heart of a star long ago, until eventually, that star exploded and scattered its particles in the surrounding galaxy and ultimately formed the earth and all that reside in it.
We are literally made of star stuff.
Pretty mind-blowing stuff if you ask me.

The fact that the main virulence factor that essentially causes the excessive diarrhea in Vibrio cholerae infection is actually derived from a bacteriophage (virus that acts on bacteria) and that in turn needs a receptor which is also phage encoded. So yeah christ knows how anyone actually gets cholera considering the bacteria has to get infected with two different bacteriophages in sequential order to get the genes to encode the cholera toxin.

I've learn that once a while you have to cry to let it all out. Sometimes people cant take it anymore and break down..crying and letting whatever it is, all out. Then after having a good cry, you feel so much better
😃
I also learned that the Mafia is real 0.o

I discovered that there is a cold-turbo setting for my hairdryer. It was this hidden black sliding-switch on the back of the handle, and I never saw it. I can't believe I didn't notice it for a year and a half. XD
