Well, I assume when they "collide" they'll either merge or separate afterward since the are so spread out and the chances of the planets hitting against each other is slim?

"Collisions" between galaxies do not necessarily involve collisions between objects from one galaxy and objects from the other, since galaxies are mostly empty space.

The stars will be captured by the milky way. Has have a few already (Palomar 12 from SagDEG and the Aquarius Stream).

As for planets, they are of no concern.
