Just wondering if there are other guys that read shoujo manga. I feel a little lame reading it sometimes so i would like to know if there are others like me

Don't read Shoujo, but I know a lot of guys on this site do. Trust me, there are others like you.

Well I read the first 3 volumes of this one shoujo manga that had something to do with vanpires but I've stopped. Personally, the only thing keeping me from shoujo mangas are the artsyle (the eye lashes scares me >.<) and the heavily romantic plots.

Yep, I do. I used to read a lot more then I do now - some of the cliches can really grind away at your patience - but I still read some every now and again.

My brother enjoys reading Absolute Boyfriend, DNAngel, Ashiteraruze Baby and Yurara no Tsuki, so I really don't think there's anything wrong with guys reading shoujo. Heck, my cousin (male) also reads Fruits Basket (though my brother can barely finish a volume...)

Guys that read shoujo

Thank god i'm not the only one. Not that i was insecure or anything. But anyway i read so much manga its hard to just ignore a whole category just because i'm not in the demographic..... Anyway i really like fruits basket, peach girl, zettai kureshi (absolute boyfriend) and nana (mainly because there is some tie to rock music.)
