Im studying translation at the moment and I would like to find a manga that doesnt reveal the gender of a character to see how that was dealt in their speech and how that was translated from Japanese to other languages. If you guys have any recs, please let me know.

Not a manga, but you could try comparing how Sega dealt with NiGHTS. The character is literally sexless, so you could look up how they solved that problem with the original game back in the mid-90s (When translations were either Engrish or one guy locking himself in a closet for a month), and the sequel a decade later (A little while after dedicated translations teams finally started becoming a thing).

You might find Houseki no Kuni of interest.

The ones that come to mind are Chrona from Soul Eater and Envy from Fullmetal Alchemist

Edit: Also, Najimi's gender not being clear in Komi-san wa Komyushou Desu. is often used as a punchline, so maybe there could be interesting stuff for your research.
