Okay, I checked to see if anyone had posted this, and then...
😔 there's no way... 😕
whatever, so did you guys go see the movie ?
A loose mouth is indicative of an empty brain.
Personally, I see this turning to a rant thread...but I'll see where this goes first...
For me, I had low expectations to begin with so wasn't particularly disappointed or impressed. Though there were a lot of problems, the biggest problem I had with it was the backstory.
"The primes sacrificed themselves to seal the weapon and the matrix"
Okay, so why did they need to do that when they could've just blew it up like Optimus did...
CG was good though and i enjoyed the humor they put in even though it was inappropriate...(like I said, low expectations)
I loved it 🤣
I can't be asked to be fussy about these small problems anymore. Of course it's never going to be perfect. There were plot holes all over the place 🤣
There were many funny moments as well. Good CG and lots of explosions XD
I wouldn't mind seeing it again. If I don't mind seeing a movie again, that means it's made a positive impact on me. I enjoyed it 🙂
I saw it. Wasn't really expecting much to begin with since I didn't like the first one either.
Does anyone know what happened to those twin cars that fought the giant drill-fusion bot?

I enjoyed it - it was a fun movie, entertaining, Megan Fox looked good, robots fighting nothing more that I would really ask for especially from Michael Bay. Also the animation was cool 2 of my friends and one of my mentors worked on the animation also.

Nah, it was Michael Bay at his worst. That guy is like the opposite of Chris Nolan.
Big explosions and boobs. Sounds cool, right? Wrong. Watch it and understand.
Also, the giant metal dog has testicles. Who does that?

Overall I liked it, but I think they tried to cram too much into it, and they made it way too campy this time. (The twins annoyed me more often than not, the giant metal testicles, etc.)
Not sure whether or not I'll buy it on DVD.
If you've ever thought or said "Nice Guys finish last" and really meant it, then you should probably read this LJ post by DivaLion. It's incredibly insightful whether you're male or female.

You guys are thinking way too hard, it is transformers after all, it's not titanic. Of course the fact that Demolishor has balls is hilarious. 🤣
I think that Michael Bay ups the ante on his 2007 hit Transformers by hurling even more massive amounts of swirling, twirling, machine-crunching robot action onto the screen. That's what it's about anyways.
It’s an impressive display of digital effects, but bigger, faster, louder and longer do not necessarily equal better, I agree 😃
Bay’s famous fondness for blowing up stuff threatens to overwhelm the senses of the ongoing grudge match that pits evil, alien Decepticon robots against civilians, soldiers and humanity-loving Autobots. It's impossible anyway you look at it!
I think that Michael Bay did well on putting the impossible on a screen, and I loved it. 😃

A lot of people probably have such big expectations and expect most movies they see to be great - some movies are just as they appear to be just entertainment. This movie will never be in my top greatest movies of all time, but it was a fun movie and I was entertained, that's all I expected from it.

it wasn't a great movie. But i just gotta say, damn Michael Bay. The one thing that really pisses me off is that the whole damn franchise is about the efing Transformers. So why bother with Shia LeBeouf...

Well... I thought it was pretty good. I haven't seen the first one, yet, so I can't really compare the two, so I'm just basing this on what I think of the movie itself. There were... a lot of explosions. Lol. Technically, that was to be expected, but I thought it was a bit overboard how there were things blown up and burned throughout the entire movie. Meh. It wasn't a bad movie, though, although some of the peeps I went with did fall asleep while watching it.
