Not a fan. I tried a few times, but didn't like the layout and a lot of the content. /b is just.. no. I think I like not having anonymous usernames as it gives the poster some responsibility.

On the other hand some of the jokes and mems that come from there are quite fun. I just prefer to get it second hand.

Yeah, they occasionally scanlate some stuff, like Mirai Nikki or some of Shintaro Kago's works. I help with scanlating when I can, but they're pretty lazy people, so there aren't many chances to do that.

4chan rose to infamy mainly because of CP and their lazy moderators, which usually means that you can post almost anything there, as long as it's not illegal. For example, you can post porn in SFW boards and it'll probably never get deleted.

I go to /v/ often, but I stay away from most of the other boards. /a/ usually has bad taste in anime/manga, /b/ is filled with camwhore threads, spambots and forced memes and /h/ is full of reposts and pretentious people. Also, /r/ is probably the most unhelpful imageboard ever.

I never visited 4chan till today....I clicked on /b/, and now, I will never return.
(unless someone wants to direct me to some of these rare fanart you guys are talking about :3)

It used to be fun when it first started, /b/ had to be browsed with the page down button not to leave scarring on the mind and people were honestly deranged... Nowadays it's just full of tards and lamers, trying too hard without being proper sick or funny, instead falling flat and being annoyingly kid friendly.

That said, I do occasionally visit /cm/y/k/d/ and have a wank while watching detailed assembly schematics of assault rifles oooh yeahhhh

/b/ is crap... literally. Don't go there. 🤣

/a/ is nice sometimes, but they can be really rude, so be careful for that~ You can find lots of fanart there though, if you're lucky. Along with /c/ and /cm/.
