Aww man!! I remember reading something exactly like that. It was about this guy, the uke, who hated this other guy and he was a delinquent if I remember correctly. The seme was some some kind of president or something and he always got the students who had dyed their hair, had tattoos, etc etc. The uke who wanted to get revenge against the seme confesses to him and they start going out together. The uke starts to fall in love with the seme but he doesn't show it obviously to his friends. So once when the uke was talking about how good the plan is going, the seme hears it by accident and runs, then the uke runs after him and stops half way I think...it was kinda short. About 2-3 chapters. Maybe someone else can give you the name?
