Good old fashioned home made food is the best!! However I'm kinda lazy so instant food usually does the trick for me. But once or twice a week I make it myself (dinner that is).

Instant food is more on MSG/seasoning, less nutritious but more convenient when your stomach growls for food....LOL 🤣

well, i like to make food..instant is kind of overpowering, so even if it's instant, i add what i like into the mix... i actually like cooking and baking!...surprising myself!! i just hate cooking when people tell me to... it's annoying and a hassel... i understand if it was work, but if it's your own family member, it's more like "do it yourself, i'm not your personal chef, idiot!" plus the thing is in my family, EVERYONE knows how to cook... even the younger ones...(they're 7-8 yrs. old and they cook eggs!! fried eggs, boiled eggs, OVER-EASY!) plus i like food... i don't eat a lot, just in portions, like 5 small portions every other day, and 3 meals on the other days.

Would eating frozen taquitos and corn dogs count as instant foods?

I mean I dont even take the time to microwave things as simple as a bowl of soup, and I dont even bother cooking or even adding the extra water to condensed chicken noodle soup, I just eat it right out of the can.
