A few days ago I had a homemade Mississippi Mud Pie. Totally yummy. sigh I miss the days when my grandparents figures had time to make food from scratch. Now you microwave this or something.

Instant is convienent, but if I'm not starving, I'd rather take the time and cook myself something that tastes better. Shoot, I won't even buy spagetti sauce if I don't have to; I'd rather take a few hours and make my own (although, most of that time is just letting it simmer).

I cannot cook. Seriously, I've caught the microwave on fired and burned a salad. I'm not allowed to cook and my MawMaw doesn't have time, so it's almost always instant for us.

Mostly instant food for me. I mean, I know how to cook a lot of different meals, but I just never have time to.

Well, I could spend my internet time cooking, but we all know that ain't happening.

I am a glutton so I like all kinds of food including that sewer tube mushroom.

Seriously, while I do have particular tastes as far as fave foods go, I have no problem eating just about anything (except cheese and fish...)

i eat anything, as long as its vegetarian. so a glutton, yes 😀

...instant has a nasty aftertaste, cooking yourself also allows you to adjust food to your own tastes rather than just using engineered flavour powders

I used to eat lots of instant foods(dorm life) and I like them but foods with fresh ingridients are infinitely better. Besides I like cooking so I'd rather prepare something than have something instant. I haven't eaten anything instant for a very long time in fact.
