Its true as you can see from the following reasons:

• Naruto in the beginning of the series he said he wanted to become the greatest Hokage ever in history. the akatsuki members are all nearly or in the same level of the hokage, but naruto did not fight or defeat any of them by himself.

in comparison to "one piece" where luffy fight with all the strongest foes in order to become the pirate king.

• Naruto every second, every time, every day even in his sleep think about nothing but only sasuke => all the fillers in the first naruto series are all about the relationship between naruto and sasuke "sasuke, sasuke, sasuke, sasuke, and sasuke".

If you see his relation with the opposite sex he doesn't have any interest on them. Naruto read many of Jiraya perverted stories and he did not understand any of them nor he doesn't have any kind of interest. (of course his gay).

• when naruto heard about sasuke defeating Orochimaru he still want to bring sasuke even though sasuke doesn't want to. ( why naruto insist on doing that doesn't he nows with his action he will bind sasuke will's. if some body want to stop naruto from becoming a hokage will he listen?)

Naruto when he heard that sasuke is willing to become one with Orochimaru I think he became so Jealous because he wanted to be the only one to be with sasuke and become one with him.

• In Naruto Shippūden especially eps 40-41 are an hour-long broadcast for the new year special its have the coeherent evidence if you notice the hole one hour have nothing special ( more silent starring at exach other, more nonsense talking and less actions) but at the end shows the important elements where he remembers about sasuke (sasuke sasuke I couldn't save sasuke :cry: :cry: :cry: ).

where other series that broadcast special eps for their new year special are all interesting eps.

I agree completely. Naruto and Sasuke are totally gay for each other (if they weren't what would be the point of that kiss in the beginning; it's symbolic).

The reason why Naruto feels such a great bond with Sasuke is because they're the same. I know that sounds cliche, and that comparison can be made with Gaara too, but he knew Sasuke from way back his childhood.

Though you could clearly see in the Gaara arc that he cared much about him too.

Everytime Naruto played with his friends (Chouji, Shikamaru,...), he always got left behind on the playground with no one to pick him up, while he saw all the others being picked up by their parents. Then he just wanders off around in his lonesome and finds Sasuke who is lonely too. In that, they could find companionship.

Deep down, Sasuke just wants to stop being stubborn and return to Konoha. But because of his unbearably huge pride he'd rather kill himself than do that. 🤣

You know, maybe it's just me, but I find myself unable to read what you wrote without thinking "gay" the whole time.

Even if they're not physically gay for each other, I maintain that it's at least there on a subtextual level.

No, I wasn't saying that. Just that when it goes so far, assumptions can be made even if they're incorrect.

Maybe it's just because I'm kinda detached, but talk about bonds and being the same and connections from childhood and companionship and how Sasuke is lonely but deep down wants to return makes me think about romantic feelings.

I can see that it's not necessarily the case, but it is the picture it paints in my head.

If either Naruto or Sasuke was re-written as a female with everything else staying the same, would anyone even question their bond as being potentially romantic?
