Acid Flower is great with this, though it got discontinued.
Yubisaki no Koi - Naono Bohra is good with these kind of stories.
Hohoemi no Nichijou - first story.
Te o Tsunaide, Sora o - first story.
Mishima Kazuhiko has a lot of "comfort" stories, though she's not too big on the "hurt" part. I recommend Miwaku no Ringo for starters.
