It I had to be a monster from Japanese folklore, I would be a fox. I get to use illusions and I get to use a little fire. According to Nurarihyon no Mago, eating human flesh is a great placebo. Haha, just kidding. I don't think I would like cannibalism. I would rather be a fox from xxxHolic so I could eat some legendary udon.

A Wendigo, or a mountain troll. Might as well be frightening if you're going to be a monster.
