Favorite Underrated Manga

What are your favorite mangas that are under the radar and why?
BTW, it doesn't matter whether it is shonen, shoujo, etc.
Double Arts-The greatest series to have ever been made, but those idiotic editors at WSJ killed this series. >:-( Wish it would have been serialized in Shonen Magazine (at least then, it would have perform much better).
Kunisaki Izumo no Jijou-This is a very good oneshot (despite having a gender bending theme). Still, it is quite original, in terms of plot and art style, but I enjoy reading this.
Dog Style (MINAMOTO Yuu)-One of two oneshots from the creator of Asu no Yoichi! (the other being Kanaete Aizen) Quite short, but it has its funny moments.
Bokke-san-The now short-lived manga from WSJ. It was enjoyable while it still lasted.
Gun Blaze West-Watsuki-san did a nice job with this manga, and yet, the editors just cut it off. Very action-packed with some historical references.
Kurogane-Feudal Japan mixed and cybernetics rolled in one. 'Nuff said.
See ya!

Zetman. Barely anyone talks about it at all, so that pretty much confirms that it's good. 🤣
Highschool of the Dead for the same reason as Zetman.
And I agree with you on Gun Blaze West and Double Arts. The editors and most of the fans over in Japan are the reason why Jump Comics would be better if the issues were synchronized with the rest of the world so that everyone had a Jump Comic magazine the same as the one that Japan gets when it comes out. Or if everyone had a say with what stays and what goes in it instead of just Japan. >:-(

Just because someone's head was chopped off doesn't mean they're dead. That's just silly.

I've already read it two years ago, slowpoke. 😛 And it did a great job staying out of mainstream 'till now... Don't jinx it! 🤢
Also, repeat thread.
P.S.: Zetman's on 940 people's wishlist. I doubt that nobody knows it. It's from the same mangaka as I"s after all. It's just like Vagabond. It doesn't need any discussion! Just enjoy~

I understand what you mean, but aren't things that are barely discussed/shown but still very good considered underrated? Sure there are tons of people who read it, but that doesn't mean it's not underrated.
A good example (Even though it's non-manga) would be Suda51's games. Lots of people know he's good, but only one of his games has sold well enough to get a sequel (No More Heroes). And he's been making games since 1993.
Sure there's almost 1000 people that have it on their wishlist, but there are countless people who read manga. And seeing how people barely talk about it openly, the only way you'd know about it is if you ask around, stumble across it, or read the list of manga the mangaka has written (This is how I found it after reading I"s).
