It used to be that I hardly had my phone on me. So my friends would send me a text and I would reply probably 5 hours later. I'm not really like that anymore. Now, I might wait a couple of minutes before replying, depending on who the sender is. When I do wait, it's usually because I take that time contemplating whether I want to talk or not.

Also, I'm usually always the one who ends conversations. I'm just like that. If I feel that the person doesn't want to continue(depending how involved they seem by their replies) I just stop.

I usually reply immediately but if I text someone and that person takes a while to reply then I wait a bit before texting back. Juvenile, I know 😀

Um it depends what I'm doing at that time. If I'm watching something or gaming then I usually take a while to respond. They can wait unless it's something important. I text slow so either way people receive my texts late. 🤣

I don't really get impatient unless there's juicy gossip going around.

I will reply pretty soon after even if im working i usually do it anyhow my boss doesnt care cause im a good worker =p

i hate slow replies though aim msn txt whatever it irks me abit when i have to wait 30+ mins for a reply txting i can give some leway

but msn and aim it takes what? 2 seconds to type brb

after that i dont mind how you take just dont keep me waiting for hours on a reply cause i will how can i be nice about this I will be really "annoyed" =)

im a quick typer/txter so i tend to reply pretty fast hope i dont get carpal tunnel anytime soon

It usually takes a couple of days for me to reply. I don't intentionally respond late I reply as soon as I see the message. I just leave my phone in one place and I don't bother looking at it.

I try to send a message back asap. If I hear my phone go off and I'm near, then it's done straight away.

But I tend not to have my phone on me a lot and end up seeing messages that were sent hours ago. I usually apologize for getting back so late because I know I wonder why people take so long to text back.
I also have that report thing. Sends you a message when your text has reached their phone and if I don't get one, it means their phones off. It's useful to have so I know they won't be getting back to me any time soon.

Not that people text me much anyway.

Receiving text messages late isn't the end of the world, you know. I'm usually busying myself then, so time passes by quicker and you won't have that problem anymore.

My replies come very quickly and it doesn't even matter what time of day it is. I carry my phone with me all the time so I notice immediately if someone sends me a message. Then I just reply right away.

I text back quite fast as long as I have phone credit lol ^^ I always have my phone with me so I always feel guilty if I ignore someone's message more so if its a miss call.

Well, messages are for asking questions or for informing, so.. let's see
I text back as soon as I know the answer and if I got that info right away, of course. Like once I got a message from a friend 'I'm coming over!' while I wasn't nowhere near my home and didn't hear the jingle.

And 'How are you?' aren't messages.

I always reply as soon as I see the text, the only time I won't would be if I'm in class, dealing with a customer or in the middle of lessons (piano), I do check the text though, sometimes it may be an emergency and you never know, those are the only ones I'm willing to reply to if it's during an inconvenient time.

I only apologize if the person was trying to reach me for a long period of time and somehow I couldn't get back at them. O-O
