I live in phoenix, Arizona and seeing as this is licensed in america I would like to buy it but I don't know
where I should look to find it. Are there any places where I could find it in my area? One more thing, it
can't be online it wouldn't be too hard to find it online but that's not what I'm asking I'm looking for a store that would have this. Anyway please help me and thanks in advance.

Try a Borders or a Barnes & Noble. Also, your local bookstore should be able to order it for you if they don't carry it in stock.
