I am having trouble remembering the title of a manga about an elementary school boy who is a genius prodigy so smart, that he skipped several grades and graduated from a university with several degrees or doctorates (Ph.D.). He works with an adult male partner in investigating and solving crimes of a mysterious sort. I think the partner is a cop. Both of them have the same given name, I think.
