So, I'm looking for a manga involving the Drama, Theater, or general acting world. I have a couple nit-picky things I want in particular that the other 3 or so requests for this didn't mention, so I wanted to make my own thread.

So, I want something similar to Tomorrow's King, Glass Mask, and Skip Beat. However, not only because they involve acting.

I want the main character to be similar, preferably, although it isn't a must. A Simple main character, a little plain, yet with a fiery passion, and of course, with the actors, the ability to become, "Beautiful" on stage. (There is a side character in King that does this, too) Again, this isn't a requirement, but is preferred.

Lets see, I don't want anything like Aruma, Penguin Revolution, or that one where the chick is the daughter of the companies producer, or something. XD

In the art department, I'm pretty lax; doesn't really matter. Just nothing with unbearably thick lines.

Fire away. <3

Honey Hunt - although she's the daughter of a famous actress and a famous composer. I'm not sure if this is the other one you were saying you don't want.

Cat Street - she's a child actress who becomes a recluse and eventually goes back into the world. The focus isn't really on acting all that much, though. I still recommend it.

I know one that's AWESOME, but it's not even in the database here, called 'The Star' (like 20 volumes long). About a kid who can do anything, then he gets caught up in acting and never looks back. The awesome part is that after like 3 volumes it becomes a BATTLE MANGA! Acting battles with weapons on a boat in a hurricane!! Or in the middle east against tanks! "I can act like a Samurai so well that I can fight a ninja! Now that I've won, I must act against Bruce Lee! Now I must do a passionate love scene!" It's so corny, but so good! And he doesn't end up with the childhood friend that loves him ever since the beginning, either! I swear, when I finish all of my current translation responsibilities, I'm translating it... it needs to be seen by the masses.

It's probably not what you wanted, though. But awesome is awesome, so I figured I'd mention it.

Dance Till Tomorrow
A lighthearted adult comedy about a guy who finds himself confronted by a completely random woman one day who seems obsessed with him. The protagonist works in his college drama society, and often the drama society comes into the plot.

Honey Hut is pretty much what I was looking for. So far, anyway. Thanks.

I had actually already tried Cat street earlier, but it wasn't what I was looking for, thanks anyway.

I'll try those two out, thanks.

Ballet is a form of a theater, I recommend Kenrantaru Grande Scène. It managed to draw me in despite me have no interest in the subject, very well written.
