Since many BL stories these days mainly focus on the physical part of a relationship, it seems this request is rather tough to fulfill. Well, I'm not sure, since I usually go for mature couples or slice of life stories, but maybe the latter might be to your liking, because they are not concentrating on that aspect.

Bokura ni Matsuwaru Et Cetera. - One guy seems to be rather experienced with girls, but the other in contrast stays distant. It's a nice read, even if you get a glimpse of the one being a little jerk by times, it just somehow fits the character.

And the girl suggests to "do anything he wants", but he breaks up with her instead.

Endou-kun no Kansatsu Nikki - A cute story with depth and an interesting drawing style, while both main characters seem to be attracted to someone for the first time.

Kimi Note and Konbini-kun. - Rather lighthearted and cute.

Slow Starter (ICHIKAWA Kei) - This one is actually one of my fav's, because from the first encounter of the characters till the end, the feelings are really well shown. It just pulls you in, drawns you to the whole first love theme, without that "being all touchy-feely right away" aspect.

Tsumasaki ni Kourozu - The couple is mature, so maybe you can think of at least one of them not being a virgin, still it feels like this, since both characters give of a rather quirky - but calm - feel.
