Description
From SuBLime:
Oku-san is a normal office worker who has one joy in life, to fantasize about his local deliveryman, Sudo-kun. To feed his fantasies and his desire to see Sudo-kun, Oku-san habitually shops online filling his room with useless and sometimes very erotic things. It’s all pretty harmless until one day his neighbor Yokoshima finds out about his secret hobby. Caught between two hot guys -- at least in his mind -- will Oku-san be able to fantasize his way out of this one?

OMFG ROFL!!! I love this series so much! I love the drawings as well, especially the chibis, they have such adorable expressions. Oh man, the alien chapter really caught me off guard xDD and how the hedgehog keeps playing with the dildo... Gambatte, Oku-san! x]
That part with the S&M body suit was hilarious! And that friggin dildo (am I allowed to say that? haha) sleeping in the bed with him and the hedgehog chewing on it...omg. And that Tetsuo doll...all I can say is that he has a lot of weird crap in his room and he better hope that no one else climbs through his balcony window besides his neighbour.
At least once per chapter i lol. The chapters are short and there isn't much of a plot so far (and there probably won't be), but that doesn't matter; it's a crack manga and sensei does crack well lol!
and really good crack at that. hilarious fantasies of a virgin with an very purple, overly stimulated imagination. great lines. beautiful art; takatsuki really squeezes a lot into those few pages per chapter. i want more!
i actually think there's some plot developing with the neighbour. but seriously, it needs no plot. i am not even looking at it for the smut! thanks to the scanlators -- each new release makes my day.
This is really cute, no plot, but so darn cute. Worth the read just for the laugh.
Spoiler (highlight to view)
But I must say, chapter five reminded me of the TV show prison break with the escape route tattooed on his back... I was laughing for a while after I saw that!
Senseless, meaningless, verges on ridiculous (that kid is seriously going to get hit by a car because of his random fantasies), but totally worth a giggle. Don't read this expecting deep plot (even hints of one, like with some comedy manga); read it for laughs only.
It seems to be along the lines of pure crack and Noburu, the mangaka... he seems to be really good at creating seriously funny situations. And well, the characters seem to strike me more as gay men than stereotypical yaoi characters?
Although she hasn't done many series yet, this mangaka has yet to disappoint me. She seems to draw exactly what I like: genuinely funny stories, enjoyable characters that don't embody the uke/seme stereotypes, and very attractive men.
Her new series does not disappoint. Okusan no Mousouteki Nichijou (Oku-san's Daily Fantasies) tells the story of a cute, but rather foolish uke who seems to be living in his own fantasies more than in the real world. Except for the unattainable delivery man, Oku-san has no romantic prospects on the horizon, so he amuses himself with erotic daydreams. Unfortunately, Oku-san is also a virgin, so all his fantasies are predictably cheesy and overwrought and play out like very bad yaoi. It's hot, but it also makes you laugh (how can you not when one of the fantasies features sausages?), which is a good thing in this case.
Unfortunately, BexBoy doesn't give the mangaka many pages, so each chapter is only 8 pages, which will disappoint some people, but she does a lot with those pages, which is good. Also, although it may not seem like it, there IS an actual plot begining to develop in the series. (Of course there is! Poor Oku-san can't live off of fantasies forever, right?) The first chapter was only meant to be a prologue, and the events of the second chapter play an important part in the third, so it doesn't seem as though this will be an episodal series.
Definitely give this one a try--you'll certainly get a laugh out of it. ^_^
