Well Luffy gets stronger really quickly. Look at when they saved Robin how quickly he developed Gear second and gear third. Once he starts gaining control of his King's Disposition Haki he'll grow immensely stronger. 🙂

lots of actions in this chapter, but too bad the two-page spreads made it seem really short! and we gotta wait an extra week for the next one 😢

also, Marco's blue flame reminds me of KHR where they have different flame types o.o

I found the chapter lame and boring. Perhaps I were too tired when I read it... No it was lame. Bleach anyone? 😀 😎

Nah it wasnt that lame boring and such, cmon 🙂
Only thing I sensed it was a bit of messiness in the scenes, apart from the 2 pages or not 2 pages display in the imagefiles.
Seems like the mangaka isnt too accostumed to display group conflicts like most shounens have. He normally focuses on one on one battles and few spectators. IMHO.

Now, now... no need to panic HOLY SHIT HOW THE HELL LUFFY GONNA BE A PIRATE KING Oops... ok, ok chill out breath in breath out... that's it... good.

Now, if you look at it carefully, there's no chance in hell Luffy gonna a pirate king anytime soon.That's why i think Kuma sends them all packing. I'm pretty sure that just a way of saying come back when you're stronger kinda thing.

So once their crew were once agains together, i'd bet my money that they'll all would have a significant improvement in their strength. At least that's how i see it. But damn, those marine admiral and White Beard crew are pretty freakin awesome 😎

What are you talking 'bout? 1 on 1 are standard shounen. Huge scirmishes in shounen usually means lots of 1 on 1s. OP is extremely shounen when it comes to this.

I haven't exactly participated in any OP forums or fanclubs, but wasn't this quite obvious? I think if you look in a OP fan-forum most people must at least guessed it. I would be suprised if it wasn't true. Not that there is anything bad 'bout the issue. 😀 😮

i liked how chaotic it felt. fights happening all at once, which makes it seem like a more realistic war, and it was able to show most of everyone's involvement in a satisfying manner. the wait for the next chapter is killing me 🤢

I think it's cool that Ace turned out to be Gold Roger's son. I think it will make for good competition in future. Who will be Pirate King, the son of Gol D. Roger or the son of Dragon? In terms of strength Luffy and his crew have a lot of catching up to do but it wouldn't be an action shonen manga if there wasn't a huge gap in strength for the main characters to overcome.
