The way he describes it is that a generic MC has the ability to copy others. A girl pressures him into joining a group of "good guys", who fight an opposing group, trying to wipe them out. The characters all have powers based on historical figures, including (but not limited to) the White Death, Adolf Hitler, and Vlad the Impaler.
I'm posting this for him because he's being a lazy butt.
