um... if I remember correctly, one of the slug told everyone that when hinata confessed to naruto and pain stabbed her, naruto went berserk. So thats how she knows. And I wonder if there is a hint of jealousy in sakura's eyes?

Well chances of romance in this manga are pretty slim, its more focused on friendship things and fighting, I actually don't remember any romance in this manga except for sakura's and other girl's crushes on sasuke. Its very brief if at all. Though you could mix romance and fighting and make good manga too. Like for example rave master, kenshin, ranma 1/2, etc.
