If you want a good soonjung (pure love / Korean form of shoujo), I'd recommend "Flash Cat", because it's simply perfect in composition, story, and art. It's 5 volumes long, so it's not too short, and not dragged on.

If you want a good action sort of manhwa, I'd recommend Yureka (ID_Entity) and Mong Hwan Bek Seo (Book of Dreams). Yureka is based on an mmorpg sort of world, and Mong Hwan Bek Seo is a fantasy-sort of story.
