Nodame Cantabile fits your description perfectly! Nodame is a Chiaki fanatic throughout the whole serious, and at first he is disgusted by her, and freaked out, he sorta likes her back a bit later...but they're releasing the chapters way too slowly T_T

the main girl likes the main guy but he doesn't like nor does he like anyone one else he's mean rude and very smart later he slowly starts to like they get married and and the storygoes on its only 25 episodes long but its really good unlike other anime that end with much ending this is a short 25 episode anime but the best short anime i have ever seen, also its has the ending u suggested, 😀

Skip Beat certainly has something similar, although its opposite. Something likes her and she doesn't know it. Its kinda annoying how she doesn't notice it, but you love the manga anyway. Really, even if it doesn't go with your request, READ IT. It and Tokyo Crazy Paradise are some of the best and only shojo I've liked when I've read them.
