Mmmm... I can only think of Hana Yori Dango (though only the initial part of the manga), and, in a way, Doubt!!... But, yeah, I think Skip Beat's pretty much unique... especially as far as comedy goes.

I guess... uwasa no midori-kun?. Although as with the other suggestions, it's not all that funny.
