I don't remember much details clearly but I hope you can help me find the manga.

The story took place at school.
Somehow the two boys had a quarrel or other problems with each other.
But I forgot the reason why they were on bad terms.
The scene I can't forget takes places during sport / physical education.
One of the boys got hurt because of a falling high jump crossbar (I'm not so sure about the crossbar)
Then he was taken to the infirmary. The other boy was sitting on a chair beside the bed and waited for the unconscious to wake up.
At the end they made up.

I found Interval while I was looking for the other Manga but I'm 100% sure that I never saw it before.
The scene I recall isn't there.
