My name is Justin, where i live it sounds normal. But in my culture it's not exactly a normal name lol. Most people have more cultural names even the ones that live in the States like me lol. The culture im refereeing to is the desi culture, countries belonging to this are for the most part South Asian countries like India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.

The m is for Michelle (Kazama isn't really my family name) but I'm always told I look like so and so's friend Michelle Kim. Guess I have a generic Michelle Kim face.

Oh and for some very odd reason, 9/10 who get my name wrong calls me Nicole. You'd figure it'd be another "m" name. Apparently non-Koreans who forget my name and don't think of me as their token Michelle Kim think I'm Nicole.

My name is German, despite me being from Australia, with Australian parents and grandparents, I don't have any connections with Germany, but it sounds like my Grandmothers name, which is Minnie.

Julia

For some odd reason, people are blind to the letter 'a' so they call me Julie 😐 I mean seriously?! It's not like Julia is an odd name!

Judy, yes, like the judge. I have a Vietnamese name which is Tieu Mi which is pretty uncommon ... considering mum got it off a drama that was dubbed over in Viet..... People used to call me Mi Mi when I was young .... I liked that 🙁 Some call me Judes but always seem to spell it as Juds........ and when I did something weird or horrible friend called me Judas....... >.>

My name is Andrew, I believe is means man or manly characteristics in some language, but it is a very common name. I Like to go by my surname though only a few of my childhood friends call me by my first name.

Ingrid - it means "Ing's beauty" (Ing being god of earth's fertility in Norse mythology).

As I was younger, I didn't like it that much, but now I love it. Sometime started using it backwards too - dirgni feels different in a good way for a change... 😀

Oh.. and since I started studying japanese.. my name came to have another meaning for me. As 'R' and 'L' are kind of mixed there, I can think of my name as Inglid.. In estonian 'inglid' means 'angels'.. (and my family name can be translated to 'sins' ) 😛

My name is Cherelle. I don't know whether it is unique or not. 0_0 Any who my friends and family calls me Cher and I like it better than Cherelle >_<

It kinda makes me feel unique because out of all my siblings, I'm the only one with a name that starts with C while everybody's else name starts with J 😀
