Obviously, it would be number 3.
I mean, come on, how could a glasses-elven-bookworm-maid lose? It just screams moe from top to bottom. Besides, it probably is the best well drawn out of all the entries, it looks very professional. I love the details of the drawing.
Sure, some may argue that this is not a drawing contest. But I think an entry should be well-drawn to first capture the attention of the votees.
