So it seems that guy discovered Pein's source of power...I guess that was the only interesting thing.

Come on guys, yes Naruto is getting is ass kicked right now but he's really using is head, like when he used the natural energy to frog petrify the Pain that was holding him, and now theres only one left.

As far as i'm concerned, this battle is far from over. Naruto has one clone left in that other world and Shikamaru and the others are going to look for Pain's real body, lets see how things play out. 😐

The frog petrification thing was just awesome 😀
And now the real body of pain, what would that guy have discovered about the 'carrying bodies thing' ? Maybe the real pain is among the bodies afterall of something 😛

Anyway wether Naruto finaly gets his ass kicked or not we'll see, this last chapter doesn't conclude the fight by far imo ~

Wait... Shizune's dead too?

... I just thought she was incapacitated. Oh, well... I guess the manga can't be criticized for the immortal character cliché. I'm starting to warm up to the series again... that or I'm just procrastinating my schoolwork again..

So Naruto is getting fucked up pretty much, and everyone around him is dying or dead. Fucking awesome to bad Shizune is dead i thought she was cool. Well how is Sasuke gonna come back and decimate Konoha if the isnt one anymore?

I guess Kishimoto (who does not hesistate to kill off characters) find Shizune "expandable", since Sakura is Tsunade's true succesor. I really like the character, Shizune, although she does not get more "screen-time" in the manga. Maybe Tsunade will follow Shizune's path soon, since all characters who are related to Tsunade are already dead.

In my opinion, characters don't have to die, especially in a shounen manga. Fiction is fiction, why has it to be more "real". On the other hand, the character Anko is not dead or killed off and is not seen any more in the "Shippuden" manga; although she does appear in the anime (fillers and the shippuden movie). Maybe Kishimoto has some future plans for her in the manga?

Well, as for this chapter, I find it a bit draggy and the manga does not progress a bit, it's more or less as the last week. Last time, I have said the Kyuubi may help out Naruto, but instead of this, Naruto let one of the Pein turn into a "Frog/Toad" by letting him suck his "unbalanced natural power". But in the end, Naruto is pawned by Nagato and got his hands stucked on the ground by Nagato's black blade. It's really looking bad for Naruto & Co., since "Grandpa Toad" is down and all other toads are badly injured too; Team Gai is missing in action and where the hell is Yamato!?. Will the Kyuubi (finally) help out Naruto in the next issue or an unexpected guest will come to the rescue?

Why should Naruto rely on Kyuubi? I mean isn't his purpose for training hard is so that he can bring back Sasuke/protect everyone with his own powers?

That said, I liked this chapter a lot. Didn't expect one of the Peins to turn into a toad~ 🤣

I wish Ino, Shika, and their dads could figure out where the real Pein is on the next chapter >__<

You have to realize that Naruto doesn't want to use the Kyuubi's powers anymore; that's why he resorted to looking for another energy source with the help of Grandpa Toad - Sage Energy.

And Shizune's death didn't have that much impact. I liked her somewhat, though. She had good spirit. 🤣 Poor Tsunade~ sees doom signs all over And like I said, Kakashi isn't dead. Kishimoto's probably just trying to hold us in suspense.

I adore Naruto's tactics now. He seems to actually have a set of brains, which is awesome. He had some good tactics before the timeskip as well, but they mainly consisted out of Kage Bunshin.

if kakashi isnt dead then neither is shizune like many ppl said for kakashi "kishi wont kill some1 off without giving them a proper ending". from my point of view they are both dead and as for naruto using his own power please he wont be able to do anything without relying on the kyubi if he could then there is no point in it being inside him in the first place.

your totally right lets leave every1 alive have them struggle in some fights but in the end justice prevails lets do something that has been done over 5 million times and keep doing it thats not gona get old while we are at it lets make it so that no one really dies but gets send to this magical place where they can be wished back to life. wheres the character development in this? wheres the plot the anger the emotional twist that wold lead ppl to kill others? i mean come on you want another dragon ball then go read bleach but this manga is going good so far a little bit more plot development wouldnt kill it.

No, the whole point of it being sealed inside him was so that it wouldn't rampage and destroy the village. Naruto being able to use its chakra was just a bonus.

(Although there might be someting more to it, but as of what's revealed, that's the only reason it's in him).

then why leave a key? and why naruto why not get some old guy that was about to die? looks to me that he really wants naruto to use the kyubi for what i have no clue but if he didnt then no point in leaving a key, naruot may not want to use its power but really he wont be able to kill madara or nagato without it no matter how powerful he is these 2 got power that surpasses training.

It's self-explanatory that the Kyuubi will still play a large role in the plotline. At the end of the day though, he isn't going to rely on him out of his own will that's why I'm saying. Only if he's forced into it, be it through extreme danger or fatigue.
