Forgiving
Well, I was just being curious about other people's view on forgiveness.
In my case, I don't really forgive, since I think it involves (in the christian sense) to make it be as if nothing really happened. I mean, I won't hate the person, but I will be wary of that person. As well, I think that there are certain things that I won't ever forgive if somebody were to do that to me or to another person.

Everyone makes mistakes; I think it's right to forgive people for some things.
But it really depends on the situation for me.

Usually I do, but it depends on the circumstances. Trivial things are forgivable, but there are some things that aren't. I do let those go after some time had passed. It's takes too much energy to hold a grudge, so I just learn from what happened and move on. I won't associate with people who have seriously wronged me afterwards, if I can help it, but sometimes it's unavoidable. With them, I act pleasant, but refrain from doing anything for them, no matter how small. Trust is a hard thing to gain from me to begin with and once it's broken, that's it, I'm done with you.

Well in that way i hardly forgive too, i don't forget what's done to me good or bad.
The only time i forgive is when it's trivial, or when i'm most part of the problem.

Unless they really piss me off and don't appologize, I'll pretty much forgive. No point in dwelling on the past. Only time I'll ever hold a grudge is if it's repeated (certain roommates come to mind) to the point of insanity or if they royaly piss me off and never appologize. Even if they do do something like stab me in the back, usually all I want is an appology for things to go back the way they were. In my experience, if they appologize, it's because they want things to return to how they were before whatever happened.
I am a breath of insanity in a world of chaos.

I forgive most people... eventually, unless it was something really terrible then I can never forget about it.

I'd say most of the time, and then I forget the ones that aren't important. I can't remember any instance where I couldn't forgive anyone... but then I have terrible memory 🤣

I forgive most of the times... Heck... I forget most of the times that someone ever made a mistake that affected me, let alone the ones that annoy me 😐
However, there are some cases where I can't forgive even if I become Spiritually Enlightened like Lord Buddha. I have one guy I have a grudge against, and would love to see some sort of harm come to him...
P.S. ::> To any Buddhist or alike in this forum... that was just a exaggerated simile... don't take any of it seriously... XD

I usually forget, instead of forgive. Same thing for me though, I suppose.
