moe slice of life like k-on! (it´s almost a subgenre considering how many of them pop out every year)
nothing against guro, shota, loli and BL, just GL can be annoying sometimes when it is used as a mere fanservice for the guys in shounen

I dislike reading several of the options, but Ero-Guro takes the cake for me. Anything that tries to be gory and erotic at the same time is an instant 'no' for me.

I don't like GL aimed at men either. Because...well...it's usually fanservice everywhere. I have a bad track record with GL and I keep getting boring slow ones or fanservice ones...

Don't know about anyone else, but I don't dislike ero-guro because I find it offensive, I dislike it because I find it difficult to see anything erotic in a scene involving blood and guts everywhere.

Shotacon / lolicon. Hands down. No matter how much sex there is involving adults, I don't give a damn (even though I don't read porn). But trying to objectify little kids for sex?! Sick, sick, sick!
And the whole "They're just pictures, not real kids, so it's all good" line is just BS. People who can get off on that kind of thing, real children or no, are not normal.

Guro is pretty awful but really, I don't mind gore half as much as I mind sex. Gore isn't bad when it's done properly...though it's hardly ever done properly, much to my dismay.

And...

but those are shoujo.
the seinen ones are for example mahou shoujo lyrical nanoha, mahou shoujo madoka magika and moetan (which i all enjoyed pretty much)
i think many of us grew up with mahou shoujo like sailor moon, but when we became older and saw that some of those series we watched was aimed at adult men i can actually understand why some people feel disgusted by it.
well, as for me i´m happy that the seinen mahou shoujo exist since those tend to be more interesting than the shoujo versions
