I've been wondering which manga are these; It didn't come to my mind to open a Thread, Bump.

Middle is Chi from Chobits, far left looks like Suzuka, not sure who's between Chi and Sakura though.

The girl between sakura and chii looks like Nanoha from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha but her pig tails aren't there so I'm not sure

It's definitely not Nanoha, though I think you've got the era (early 2000s) right for what it might be. It also must be an anime, since the others in the banner are also taken from anime stills, it seems.

I also did a keyword search for this, and apparently this question has been asked quite a few times already, and no one seems to know who that girl is. (The others have been identified: Hitomi from Escaflowne, Naruto, Chii from Chobits, ??, and Sakura from CCS.) I actually doubt anyone currently still on this site knows the answer now, since apparently it wasn't Manick who designed the banner (was it someone on the bakaupdates side who did it?).

Isn't that anime rendition of Tsukimiya Ayu from Kanon (MORISHIMA Petit)? The overlays make it a bit difficult to recognise the character but that would be my guess.
