I really like Kobiyashi Toshihiko's Pastel which has the shy guy hot girl(s) dynamic your looking for and so far 91 chapters have been released for it. I also liked that mangaka's earlier work Parallel and while its male lead isn't shy the thing that seperates the two is a tendency to argue about everything. Both works are of the sudden girlfriend appearence variety.
I liked the Gacha Gacha series as well which is actually two series "capsule" (which is a bit more ecchi and 41ch.) and "secret"(which I think has a better storyand 55ch.). Lastly I recommend Beck since it has a really good shy guy hot girl relationship even if its not the primary focus and in addition of a corse of 4 or 5 years starting at age 14 you watch the main character grow from a passive pessimistic weak spirited kid into something much greater. The characters are better than most mangas since instead of strapping a rigid personality template on all the characters but the main; the characters show constant continuous growth which makes them seem more human. Beck's chapters also tend to be a good 50-60pgs each and they are currently at ch.98.

well first of all thanks for the replies but i read those to, but i heard that in the manga world there are shojo manga with shounenlike art/story like uxu or socrates in love (wich is a must read)
can u recomend more? please
