Hmmm nope....not at alll....this is bad....rukia did not recieve her gigai that contained the hogyoku until after she turned ichigo into a shinigami so that thought is way out of the window...but nice try...and also as for the home field advantage i mean yea thats so believable...considering the gap would be so large that she would be scared enough to forget how to use flash step...even though she's been a shinigami for a significant amount of time...oh and Renji learned bankai from Ikkaku before the soul society arch.It's more believable that Ikkaku wouldn't use his bankai considering the fact that he was in soul society and doesn't want anyone to know that he can reach that level so he would in turn become a captain...thats why the first time we see it he's in the human world...but your telling me to believe that the prideful Renji lost on purpose...and that Rukia who has vice captain abilities...and training...would freeze up against a low lvl opponent...hmmi see your point...not

Renji learned the method of achieving Bankai from Ikkaku, but had only reached manifestation of his zanpaktou, not actual Bankai yet. And rukia rushed in to save ichigo, it wasn't a counter attack or trying to defend herself, just trying to save him, so she got hit badly,

lol I completly agree i mean in the story you can tell whats gonna come next...after azein gets defeated and hacoumundo is over and blah blah blah it's gonna be soul society vs. hell and then who knows maybe we'll see a fusion of Ichigo and Byakuya...or better yet Orihime and Matsumoto...boobs...yea...lol but as long as ppl love bleach bleach like every other fighting shonen that has ever graced the pages of shonen jump will have another ultimate lvl...and then another...and then another...untill we get sick of fillers movies, hentai, merchandise, and even doushinji. And on an honest note...that will happen when luffy becomes piarate king lol

Having shikai is enough to become a vice captain, and Rukia knows all 3 steps of it.

You're wrong here it was implanted in her soul not the gigai she got from Urahara or she wouldn't have had it when they removed her from the gigai back at the Soul Society, and unless I read it wrong Urahara chose her as a host before he left the Soul Society because she was a part of Kuchiki clan and felt they could sufficently protect her, and unknowingly, the hogyoku. I'm sure he wouldn't have taken it with him to the real world since there is more of a chance of it getting discovered not only by Aizen but the more powerful Hollows too.

true by the description later in the series but early on it was described as being iddin in the gigai and if you thought abuot it Rukia would have suffered from a depletion long before even being intorduced to her new assignment in the human world...thanks for bringing up another error...hmmm

It was a spur of the moment thing. She already was completely caught off-guard by Ichigo's seemingly intense reiatsu, who was only human, and also by how she couldn't have sensed this "strong" Hollow. With all these questions in mind, she wasn't completely focused. And with her mind not clear she just jumped in front of Ichigo trying to protect him. With other words, sh!t happens. Besides, her sword skill wasn't that good.

And if it isn't this, then it's what Spanky said. Though I myself think that the Hougyoku was placed, when Urahara offered his help to Rukia. >.<

Tōsen easily defeated Grimjaw who gave Ichigo a hard time even in his Vizard form and ichigo defeated Zaraki without his Bankai form only his released zanpakto. This would mean Tōsen and Zaraki are above and simaltaniosly below Arrancar lvl which makes no sense any way you look at it.

Simple because you think that when "Person A" beats "Person" B and "Person C" beats "Person A", which makes "Person B" the 'weakest' and "Person C" the 'strongest'. Therefore "Person B" can not possibly beat "Person C". But it does happen in Bleach, and that confuses you apparantly. Life isn't that simple. That theory only works in DBZ.

Tousen 'easily' defeated Grimmjow? Did you see Grimmjow wimpering and cowering in fear? No, in fact he isn't the least bit afraid of Tousen. He may be stronger than Tousen or at least equal in strength. The only reason that Tousen could get away with it, because it was unexpected and he "Aizen-sama" his back-up. Going against Tousen was immediately going against Aizen, which Aizen made very clear to Grimmjow.

Just because Tousen has a higher rank, does not mean at all that he's stronger than the Espada. The Nr. 1 Espada is probably stronger than him. Unless Tousen had some kind of "Arrancarnization".

Also do not make the mistake that Tousen is weak. Tousen just had the unfortunate luck of fighting against Zaraki, who knows no fear. Thus was not afraid that almost all of his senses were nullified. Though most Captains wouldn't be afraid either, I think.

The point of my response was basically that this isn't DBZ.

Again, you're comparing this to DBZ. But even DBZ is not like that. You're saying that Bankai is basically a "form/transformation" and everyone is equal on that level? I don't think so. First of all, the Commander is like the oldest Shinigami around. He lived for thousands of years, so no wonder he could withstand 2 Bankais of THE two most strongest Captains. Besides, Bankai doesn't necessarily mean an increase in strength. Example with Ichigo; his Bankai adds an ridiculous amount of speed, just like what Byakuya said.

Every manga has a few errors, but the ones you pointed out weren't.

Also I'm not bashing DBZ at all. It's a classic. And people forget that it was the first of its kind. So it was still new then. Which doesn't make it 'junk'.

So if the Soul Society is Heaven, and Ichigo's Father is a Shinigami, how is it he was able to have 3 kids? Unless he's like Ichigo (except the vizard part) then again the white coat indicated he was a Captain. Maybe that King of the Soul Society is like God or something. 🤢

But you misunderstand what Soul Society is. 😛 It isn't Heaven as our religions depict it, like only good things happen to you etc. 😀

Soul Society is more a phase where your soul goes to. When Shinigami/people of Soul Society die, they get reborn as a human.

And Hueco Mundo is not Hell. It's more of a 'Void' dimension, where 'evil monsters' lurk. There already is a 'Hell' in Bleach. But I don't think it's really evil. I consider it more as a 'prison' of Soul Society. So all the 'bad people' get sent there.

No, he's not a God as we know it. 😛 He's the king of SS, so basically he's kind of the president there. But he doesn't do anything with his political power and let the political matters get handled by the Congress.

Eh, what? >.< I was just explaining. @_@ And there is a hell. Re-read the manga. It comes up in the beginning, when they introduce Chad's character.

And Ichigo get only speed from his Bankai. It's because of the speed that he looks more powerful. Since when you swing something super fast, it'll make much more damage.

He is neither vizard nor arrancar. Since he has a inner hollow, who was a result of the corrosion of his chain of fate, he is unique, whereas vaizard, being former shinigami, do not have chains of fate and must have somehow derived their power in a different way. Besides the hollow ichigo doesn't have a mask, and can use bankai, so it should be the apex of what aizen sosuke was trying to make, a perfect blend of shinigami and hollow. Only thing is that he sucks pretty bad, yeah, if he had less morals the story would be much more entertaining sigh i really hope to see hollow ichigo again, it would be cool if hollow ichigo could fight aizen 😀

jsut like in one of the other chapters hes going to dies in the last battle and regain that ultra hollow state but be more powerful be cause he is aware of his actions...
then he dies for real and becomes a true spirt or takes over the throne of god that that dude is trying to make a key to... everyone cries then there is a scene where the big chested girl is looking over her shoulder in to a beautiful sky and there is a semi transparent main charcter standing huge on the horizion smiling with his sword on his shoulder... the end...
