I wonder if I'm the only one who laughed at this chapter. I mean all this suspense with everyone sensing something weird in Ichigo and talk about new powers, and BAM they just want his shinigami powers back, I hope at least he'll have some new bankai form 🤢

Hopefully now we'll see Ichigos real reiatsu and power not the one he got from Rukia which makes you question Rukias origins unless the hallow powers were really his "own". I'm still wondering if Ichigo's Mom was even human?

very interesting point. he did get his powers from rukia. i wonder if this will change anything ^^

I've actually stopped reading bleach after ch 425 i was gonna read it but seeing how underwhelming the end of the last arc was, and realizing that rukia isn't in these latest chapters (i mean the best part of the bleach experience was with her back before the ss arc.) I didn't want too waste my time. Maybe if he gets back his powers rukia will be back, then i might just pick the series back up.

predictable, but decent chapter.

His powers originally were from Rukia, though before they all left for SS, Uruhara trained Ichigo to find his own shinigami powers. So most likely he will have same shikai and Bankai as before, cause their Zanpakuto is part of their soul. It would be cool if they were new, but probably not gonna happen. Too much work for Kubo to think up a new shikai and bankai. If the arc after this is the hell arc, their are gonna be some big loop holes between it and the movie, unless the movie ends in an open ended, not finished whatever way.
