That's every southerner I've ever met if it makes you feel better.
Thanks, THAT does make me feel much better--incidentally, are Southerners considered smart ? 😛

I pick up weird words/phrases from movies and books all the time and then use them. A few examples: "Go kiss a spork" and, most recently, "Gorram" from Firefly/Serenity.
I am a breath of insanity in a world of chaos.

Southerners aren't usually considered intelligent. (Bush)
I use my hands a lot and I am from the south also. 🤣 I never linked them together.
I also do things like, when I get a pizza, I'll take all the pepperoni off the other slices, and pile it all on one slice and eat it.
I tend to schedule my showers around when I exercise and have sex, so I can get all cleaned up in one shower, and not have to take more than one. I don't know if anyone else does this. Haha
And I have an inner monologue also.
And there is also how I pop my wrists like I pop my knuckles.

Louisiana, and I don't consider myself an idiot.
I have the habit of popping my ears. I guess I"m popping them, at least. I talk to inanimate objects and argue with myself constantly.
I go away and suddenly the spammers are the mods. Okay, I can adjust to that, but... Gorath?! And what's up with Mam's not being the top poster?

I tend to write the way I actually speak. So I have to constantly correct myself in essays, exams, etc.

... I crack my toes. I also crack my neck, back, ankles, jaw (which now hurts--I think something's wrong with my TMJ), and wrists. I can't crack my knuckles though...
I can also wiggle my ears and bend only the top segment of five of my fingers (if you don't understand what I mean, then forget it).
My odd habits consist of always fidgeting, approaching serious subjects in a roundabout manner, hoping the other person will say something regarding the specific subject before I have to, procrastinating (oh, wait, that's not too weird), saying that I'm tired and staying up all night (and contradicting myself in other ways), as well as using parenthesis a lot on forums and laughing automatically when I hear others laughing, even if I'm offended (not that I'm offended often).

I also do this. Well, rather, I write how I think. Actually, I don't know how to not write in the way that I think. I go back and edit, but...

But don't we all do that? I don't write my accent, but I write my speach patterns. I read something, hear it in my head, and type out my reply as I think it. Well, sometimes I don't think before I type, though, just like with actual talking. Immediate, instinctual response. (which sometimes induced a facepalm and an edit tag at the bottom of the post)

Haha yeah. I think I use a lot of 'and's when I speak so when I write I have to cancel them out.

Ooh, I used to be able to do that... but now its only with three fingers.
It always gets weird looks. 🤣

Darn you flexible people.
I can just move my neck from side to side and pop it, which make my Mom call me names because she can't do it.

I have got an annoying alarm clock that makes one bleep and then after 1 second it starts bleeping even more, so when it wakes me up my arm automatically goes to turn it off in half a second. The side effect is that when I hear that same bleep sound anywhere my hand always flies to the direction of the sound if I'm not awake. I once almost hit a guy accidentally because his mobile made that same sound!

I dance when I wash dishes. Of course, since I'm usually listening to my iPod, I guess that's not really weird.
