His past from what I remember (or at least I hope I am) was that he was bullied infront of his girlfriend badly and his photos were taken, after that he ranaway from his house and after few years he came back to find her dating another guy because he looked like him, then he kept watching her from afar and when he approached her she didn't recognize him

Not Stalker - I don't think he was bullied in front of the girl. Her husband doesn't look anything like him actually.

Akari moved on. It doesn't show who her husband is Tohno couldn't watch her from afar either because he lost contact with her.
